Tariff

Rates are based on an adult couple minimum two night stay (single night bookings will attract an additional $100 cleaning surcharge).
To secure a booking, full payment is required within 5 business days from the booking request.

Off Peak Rates

$250 a night for an adult couple only mid week.

Negotiable rates for long stays (dependent on length of time and time of year).

Peak Rates*

$285 per night for a couple

*Peak rates apply to weekends, holiday periods (Christmas, January, Easter) and Long Weekends (e:g Australia Day, Labor Day, Anzac Day and Queen's Birthday)

Due to recent substantial increases in multiple government and insurance charges we have had no choice but to increase our rates.

Check In: 2pm Check Out: 10am unless by arrangement (we are flexible where feasible)

Conditions: Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Sorry, no children. No Pets. House rules - No smoking or shoes inside. (you will find the property is in a high quality condition which we strive to retain for client comfort)

Cancellation Terms: No refunds given under normal circumstances. In special circumstances, at the owners' discretion, bookings may be transferred to alternative available dates. Having said that, we are understanding and flexible if guests have a genuine reason to change or cancel. If we can get an alternative booking we will consider cancellation up to 7 days.

Payment Options:  Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (electronic) or by certified bank cheque. (Sorry, no credit card facilities).
